John,
your line, on your URL page http://www.esu.edu:80/~houstyj/magyar.html ,

"Isten hoszta az en Magyar oldalokhoz"

is not correct in Hungarian. I'd rather say

"U~dvo~zo~llek John Housty magyar WWW oldala'n!"

or, if you want to use "Isten hozott", you should write

"Isten hozott John Housty magyar WWW oldala'ra !"

Take care  ;-),
Gotthard

FYI :

Christians are getting close to the end of the Lent
season and to the start of the Easter season :

* Ash Wednesday (this year March 1st)
  Lent started , lasts for 40 days ( do not count Sundays)

* Passion (Palm) Sunday -last Sunday of Lent ( this year April 9th )
  Inaguration of the Holy Week

* Holy Thursday ( this year April 13th )
  celebration of  Christ's last supper
  three-day pasch, the greatest Christian feast begins , lasts till
  Sunday night

* Good Friday ( this year April 14th )

* Holy Saturday ( this year April 15th )
  Easter Vigil late Saturday night

* Easter Sunday ( this year April 16th )
  Start of the Easter season

* Easter Monday ( this year April 17th )

Technically speaking, if you were fasting during Lent, you can start to
eat again from Holy Thursday :)
The date of Easter, the climax of pasch is reckoned as the first Sunday
after the first full moon of the spring equinox ( March 21-22 ).

( Jews will celebrate their eight-day Passover holiday, that commences
   within the same week )

This is a selective annotated bibliography of a paper I wrote in March 1994.
References to "the government" refer, of course, to the then MDF government.
I scanned this in from a paper copy. Please excuse any typographical errors.

Szervusz,
Javaslom azoknak, akik ugy erzik van mondanivalojuk fokent a magyar
anyanyelvuek szamara, kezdjek el a magyar nyelv intenzivebb hasznalatat
a csoportban. Tobbek kozott az angol nyelv hasznalata lehet az egyik
oka a hazai tomegek tavolmaradasanak.
Tobb
olyan tema lenne, aminek a megtargyalasa termeszetesen magyar nyelven
is lehetseges, fokent latvan a kis szamu hozzaszolasokat angol
anyanyelvuektol. Ugyanakkor, a soc.culture.magyar ujsagcsoprt
igy a kulfoldon elo magyarok, magyar szarmazasuak nyelvgyakorlo forumava
is valhatna .
Minden jot,
