Anthony Endrey, Dr. Jur., LL.B. (Hons.), QC, etc. actually exists, or if
he is just another figment of Dr Pellionisz' lively imagination.  Someone
acting as Her Majesty's Counsel for the States of Victoria and Tasmania,
while residing in Hodmezovasarhely, is just the kind of character to spring
-- fully armed -- from the head of the good Doctor.  The pile of fancy-
sounding titles is one of the Doctor's characteristic touches.  Other
giveaways: the mendacious subject line, and the grandiosely vacuous
phrasing, as in "I have now been authorized to disclose..."  All signs
point to the handiwork of the inimitable Dr Pellionisz.

If the propaganda piece dished out here were an actual legal brief for an
actual class action suit, it would be laughed out of court.  Dr Endrey
and his cohorts have no standing to file any such thing, and no court
on earth would accept jurisdiction.  The suit, if it ever manages to get
filed, is bound to end up in collections of legal curiosities, right up
there with the one filed by a prison inmate complaining about "cruel and
unusual punishment" when he was served chunky peanut butter instead of the
smooth kind.

To enhance the hilarity of the piece, the good Doctor might want to
consider adding NATO and the European Community to the list of defendants.
These are organizations Hungary is just trying to join, for reasons very
similar to the motivation for IMF membership.  Gaining admittance to the
IMF was once the paramount goal of Hungarian diplomacy.  Membership was
supposed to bring prestige and respectability, along with gobs and gobs
of money.  The fact that membership also comes with responsibilities was
only discovered later.

EC membership is very similar.  Becoming a member is supposed to bring
prestige, respectability, gobs of money, and also reponsibilities that are
almost never mentioned in what passes for public discourse in Hungary.
Therefore, when Hungary is finally admitted to the EC, and it is discovered
that membership comes with burdens and responsibilities, people like
Dr Pellionisz and Dr Endrey are bound to feel betrayed once again.  Why
wait till then?  It is best to sue those bastards in the EC right now.

With the "several hundred billion dollars" won from the IMF lawsuit, we'll
be on a roll, so why stop there?  Anything that ever goes wrong in Hungary
is someone else's fault, so we might as well sue Switzerland, and the
Sultan of Brunei.  Like the IMF, they may have given us bad advice, or no
advice at all, which is just as bad in my opinion.  Besides, they got the
money.  I say make them pay through the nose.

I almost missed another little pearl in the Pellionisz Legal Manifesto:

If Vitez Dr Endrey is indeed such an accomplished legal scholar, then
he ought to know that under the U.S. Constitution it is not possible
to file class action suits in the Supreme Court.  Article III of the
Constitution confers original jurisdiction to the U.S. Supreme Court
only over cases involving ambassadors, and suites involving the states
as parties.  I am sure this kind of stuff is taught to every first-year
student in every law school of the English-speaking world.  Makes me
wonder about Dr Endrey's legal credentials...
