Cilantro is a wonderful herb and I've been using it in some Hungarian
dishes. I think it would be interesting to know how Hungarian cooking is
changing and adapting with the availability of different herbs and spices
in the West. Are there any Hungarian cooks out there who experiment with
different herbs? Do you want to share your ideas?

I can't speak for Marina, but I'm no expert. Heck, I can't even understand
what you're asking. What's a "synoptic recipe data model of the chicken
soup"? Do you mean a summery of the principle parts of the soup - like
chicken, water, vegetables, and salt? Surely that's not what you mean.

Please, dear experts! I beg you! Somebody should colect a synoptic
recipe data model of the chicken soup as such, with special emphasis
of object of Hungarian descent.
