BUDAPEST- "It is not out of the question, that Hungary would support
the idea about fair change of the state border based upon the will of
majority", said MP of the magyar coalition Peter Szel.

"The possibilities of the calm change of the borders were not put out
of the question in the Helsinky. Here would be possible to include
the issue, that HUngary alone would give support to the just
revision of of the borders based upon the will of the majority",
said the member of the commitee for foreign relations of hungarian
parliament. "..we are near to the state of great tension and cold
war between the Hungary and CSFR, despite all magyar's condescendcy",
said the member of the strongest magyar party in the context of the
Gabcikovo dam.

szedos orszagokban elo magyar kisebbsegek helyzete. (A helyzet megfele-
lo lenne, nyilvan nem nagyon lenne erdemes feszegetni, hogy a magyar
kormanynak mit kellene az ugyben tenni.) A magyar kisebbsegek sorsa en-
gem is aggaszt, de ehhez kepest a tenyekrol szinte semmit nem tudok.
Szeretnem, ha valaki felvilagositana, hogy (1) milyen, a nemzetkozi
normaknak megefelelo kisebbsegi jogok vannak van megtagadva a magyar
kisebbsegektol, es (2) mely jogok biztositasanak nincsenek meg a tor-
venyben lefektetett garanciai (amelyek pl. Funarnak is megkotnek a
kezet, ha -- ne adj isten -- megnyerne a kovetkezo valasztasokat). Konk-
retabbb kerdes: (3) mik voltak a szlovakiai magyarok kifogasai a frissen
elfogadott alkotmannyal szemben?
